Skip-a-thon preparations
Today we went out to practise for the skip-a-thon even though it's in week 10 . We started by doing normal skipping rope jumps, then we tried cross loop skipping, thirdly we did backwards skipping (it was really hard), fourthly we tried backwards cross loop skipping (it was getting really tricky now), then we did multi person skipping (two people holding each end and two jumping in the middle) and lastly we did multi person double rope skipping which is the most coolest of all of the patterns we tried. Here are some photos to satisfy you.
