The Science behind the Hydrofoils

I found this clip really interesting.  There is a huge amount of Science behind these magnificent vessels.  

Can the America's Cup get anymore exciting?  Come on TNZ!  Will tomorrow be the day that they seal their 9th victory and secure the trophy?
