Dear Parents and Caregivers
There have been some changes to the
Koru Games times. We received the team draws on Friday afternoon (after
the letter was already sent home to parents).
Each student now
has a copy of their team draw. Please read through the information
with your child to ensure that they are familiar with their team draw
and fair play requirements.
For a couple of the teams, their
first game begins at 9:00am and their last game begins at 2:40pm.
Because of this, our new departure time is 8:30am and our expected time
of arrival back is now closer to 3:30pm.
Please ensure that your child is ready on the court by 8:20am, ready to leave at 8:30am sharp.
On
the first day, students will need to come in their full school uniform
and senior jacket for the opening ceremony/parade. On Wednesday and
Thursday, it is fine for students to come to school in their sports
uniform. Each day, students will need to bring their senior jacket,
plenty of food and water, sunscreen, hat and wet weather gear (e.g.
something to cover their bag with).
Please feel free to come along to the event as a spectator. The students will love having you there!
